4. Content Submission
By submitting content to us (including but not limited to game demos, presentations, or promotional materials), you grant NY Interactive Fest a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the event and its promotion.
You represent that you own or have secured all necessary rights to any content you submit, and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The NY Interactive Fest name, logo, website content, and event materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Photography and recording at the event are permitted for personal use only. Commercial use of any photos or recordings taken at the event requires written permission from NY Interactive Fest.
